FAQ — tickets and payments

How will I receive my ticket?

Once the payment is processed, Stripe automatically sends a purchase confirmation to the e-mail address used at checkout. Show it at the festival entrance (printout or phone).

What payment methods are available?

Payments are handled by Stripe — you can pay by card and by local payment methods available in Poland (e.g. BLIK, Przelewy24), depending on the gateway configuration.

What's the difference between a day ticket and the full pass?

A day ticket (80 zł) grants entry on one chosen day only — Friday, Saturday or Sunday. The full festival pass (200 zł) covers all three days and works out cheaper than buying three day tickets separately.

Can I return my ticket?

Does the ticket include the campsite and parking?

The promotional full festival pass (200 zł) includes a parking spot and a tent spot in the price. The regular full pass and day tickets do not include these extras.
